We are pleased to announce that our Family and Matrimonial Law team have won two awards at the national Lexis Nexis Family Law Awards 2022.

Children Law Team of the Year award

The team were one of the two winners of Children Law Team of the Year in recognition of their ‘impressive commitment to undertaking a broad range of publicly funded work, both in this jurisdiction and internationally.’

This award highlights the team’s outstanding expertise across every area of children law, and their national reputation for handling complex cases that involve niche areas of law and international matters. The team share the 2022 award with family law barristers’ Chambers, 1GC Family Law in recognition of their outstanding work in the area.

Family Law Young Solicitor of the Year

Hannah Marshall, associate solicitor in the Family and Matrimonial team was named Family Law Young Solicitor of the Year. This award recognises those who have stood out from their peers by demonstrating that they have the skills and knowledge to become a leading family lawyer of the future. 

Commended by the judges for her ‘diverse and high-level case range, and range of pro bono work’, Hannah is a highly respected solicitor who at only four years qualified has built a strong reputation within the family law profession.
