Naomi is a solicitor and a Level 2 Accredited Senior Caseworker in our Immigration team.
Naomi has experience in a wide range of immigration, asylum, and nationality matters including family-based applications, applications made on human rights grounds, asylum claims, deportation matters, applications for immigration bail, nationality applications for adults and children, entry clearance applications including for visitors, and settlement applications for victims of domestic abuse, refugees, family members, and for individuals with long residence in the UK. She has also provided advice to students and to those seeking to come to the UK to work.
She has experience acting for clients at the application stage and at appeal. She has also acted in judicial review challenges.
Education and career
- Naomi graduated from King’s College London in 2015 with a First Class degree in English Literature. She went on to complete a MSc in Human Rights at the London School of Economics in 2017
- Naomi completed the Post-Graduate Diploma in Law in 2020 and the Legal Practice Course in 2022, both with Distinction
- Prior to working at Bindmans, Naomi worked at Hackney Migrant Centre as part of their Access to Justice team
- Naomi joined Bindmans as an immigration paralegal in 2021. She became a trainee solicitor in March 2022 and trained in both the Immigration and Public Law teams. Naomi qualified as a solicitor in September 2023
