Karma Hickman, associate in our Immigration, Asylum and Nationality team, will be hosting an online MBL seminar on Thursday 16 November, entitled ‘International Surrogacy & Immigration – An Introductory Guide’.

The online interactive session will cover a number of key aspects of immigration considerations associated with international surrogacy cases.

The seminar aims to provide family law practitioners with all the tools required to advise parents on the best way to bring a surrogate-born child back to the UK, and will cover key legislation and guidance, as well as providing delegates with practical information on procedure and pitfalls.
