Naomi is a solicitor at Sutton-Mattocks. Her work ranges from property litigation to contract disputes, insolvency, enforcing consumer rights and other civil litigation matters.
Naomi likes to get onto her clients’ wavelength, understand and empathise with their situation, and utilise the litigation process to their best advantage. By making full use of alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as negotiation and/or mediation, she can often resolve matters prior to a court hearing, saving clients time, money and stress. However, she has a strong track record of robustly defending clients if court action proves inevitable.
Naomi is based in the Chiswick office and joined Bindmans following the acquisition of Sutton-Mattocks in December 2023.
