Gillian is a partner at Sutton-Mattocks. She has many years’ experience advising on all aspects of private family law.
Gillian has particular expertise in resolving financial and children issues arising from the breakdown of a relationship. In addition, she advises on negotiations for pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
With a client base that primarily consists of mid to high net worth individuals, her work often involves dealing with complex business and property assets. Gillian regularly advises parents in disputes concerning their children. She takes a pragmatic approach to all her cases, advising clients in a constructive manner. She is committed to helping couples separate with dignity.
Gillian is a member of Resolution and the Law Society Family Law Panel.
Gillian is based in the Barnes office and joined Bindmans following the acquisition of Sutton-Mattocks in December 2023.
