Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury

Vivian is a trainee solicitor in our Medical Negligence and Personal Injury team.

  • accidents at work claims
  • substandard care in Accident & Emergency departments
  • delay in diagnosis and treatment of cancer
  • fatal and catastrophic injuries arising from road traffic accidents

Vivian also supports solicitors on cases that involve Court of Protection matters, where the injuries sustained have resulted in clients lacking capacity to manage their property and financial affairs.
