Gabrielle acted for Marco Pierre White in a Joint Venture with Forte/Granada to realise the value of the 3 Michelin stars that Marco had been awarded for The Oak Room, at Le Meridien Piccadilly Hotel in London.

This iconic moment in the Hospitality & Leisure sector resulted in La Mirabelle, Quo Vadis, The Titanic and The Criterion together with the Oak Room restaurants being brought under the control of a new JV vehicle MPW Criterion. Marco’s skill and expertise together with the financial backing of Forte/Granada was rolled-out to a fixed no of flagship 5-star hotel restaurants each year.

Also, while at EE Ltd/BT Plc Gabrielle advised on the management, governance and dispute resolution in Mobile Broadband Network Limited (MBNL) Joint Venture between EE Ltd and Three UK. Sensitive highly commercial negotiations and advice was required to steer existing Shareholder Agreement relationships through unexpected and unplanned events impacting the tail-end of the investment and management of the shared 3G Network with OFCOM’s regulatory requirements and advice at its heart.
