Negotiation and timely delivery of detailed Master Services Networks Agreements for EE Ltd (Telco) to roll-out it’s 4G Mobile Network with key suppliers Nokia, Ericsson and Huawei including Support and Maintenance Services of EE’s network equipment. Network Performance KPIs of 99.8% connectivity for EE customers made for a rigorous and detailed Service Level Agreement with complex liquidated damages regimes and set-offs based on RACI and GANT chart performance models to enforce KPIs regime.

While at EE Gabrielle worked closely with Procurement, IT, Finance and Network Teams to ensure an agile but seamless delivery of EE’s Network Services. This was delivered by drafting, negotiating and project managing some of the most complex and high-performance Services Agreements in the Telco sector.

These agreements were drafted to be fully tested by both the customer and supplier during a long-term key supplier relationship without the relationship falling apart.

Advising on complex Change Control Notes and in-life contract re-negotiations required to the deliver the Emergency Services Network that EE was awarded by the UK Government. This put the boot on the other foot as EE was the primary supplier orchestrating it’s supply chain to deliver blue-light emergency services for a high profile and nationally important service that EE was providing to the Police, NHS and Fire Services via its most valued customer the UK Government.

Global roll-out of Digital Distribution Agreement for Universal Pictures on behalf of Motion Picture Solutions Ltd as exclusive distributor for all feature length film content.

Support and Maintenance UK Customer Contracts for Omnex Pro-Films Ltd for screens in cinemas across the UK allowing them to select and pay for Platinum, Gold or Silver service packages.
