Our clients who are the survivors of the Richmond House fire have again been mentioned in parliment. The residents were victims of a fire which destroyed all 23 flats, where 60 of them lived.  We are currently helping the residents hold Berkeley Homes and Metropolitan to account and claim damages to get their lives back on track.

Ruth Cadbury MP for Brentford and Isleworth raised Richmond House when discussing fire safety issues. She compared Richmond House with another development in her constituency also built by Berkley Homes who also had the same fire safety defects and noted the Sunday Times coverage on the issues. Cadbury asked what the government is doing to protect those at risk of dying at home caused by failures in the building safety regime.
