OUR PACKAGES
Status review: off-site
This will include reviewing the staff member’s immigration status, date of arrival in the UK, leave expiry date, any gaps in continuous residence in the UK to assess if, and when, they can apply for settled status, when their leave will expire, and the deadline for any further application. It will not involve making any application or advising on the evidence that will be required.
Status review and document checklist: off-site
This will include reviewing all of the above and providing a list of the documents that will be required in support of any particular application that needs to be made. It will not include making an application on the staff members’ behalf.
Advice clinic for staff members: on-site
This will include meeting individual staff members at your offices for 30-minute advice sessions to review all of the information set out above and prepare their applications for pre-settled status with them to be submitted at the appropriate time.
Advice clinic for management teams: on-site
To take place at your offices advising on any EU Settlement Scheme issue arising for your workforce, troubleshooting potential issues, and providing best practice guidance for assisting your staff members.
Bespoke advice and submitting complex applications
Fixed fee per staff member for complex applications.
