BIMA members webinar on the legal implications of voicing opinions about the Middle East conflict

On Monday 30 October, we’re hosting a webinar for British Islamic Medical Association (BIMA) members where we’ll provide an overview of how NHS employees can be vocal, while still protecting themselves, when voicing opinions about the crisis in the Middle East.

Lawyers from across the firm will discuss aspects of employment law, Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights and the criminal regime which prohibits support of proscribed groups.

The event will be chaired by Basmah Sahib, a solicitor in our public law team, and will feature speakers from our media law, criminal law and employment law teams.

Together they will help to guide BIMA members through the legal implications of voicing views about the ongoing crisis.
