We are delighted to announce that from today, 20 February 2023, the Home Office has re-introduced Priority Service availability for new entry clearance applications being made in Family Settlement routes.

Priority Services will be resurrected, with a processing target of 30 working days for new applications filed on or after 20 February 2023, where the Priority Processing fee has been paid.

In order to continue to reduce the backlog of outstanding Family Settlement applications, from 3 April 2023, the new standard application processing time will be 60 working days.
