Jamie Potter has been featured in the International Bar Association, commenting on legal action the government now faces following decision-making during the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Jamie Potter’s pre-action letter to the government regarding exercise restrictions during the first lockdown resulted in a change to the guidance. He said:

“The government could not think of everything and they were willing to listen to some concerns that were raised.”
