Alice Hardy, partner in our Public Law and Human Rights team, will be speaking at the annual JUSTICE Human Rights Conference, taking place on 6 October 2023.
The conference offers a key opportunity for attendees to update their legal knowledge and gain valuable insight into the human rights developments over the last year.
Alice will be running a breakout session on public order and protests, areas in which she has significant expertise, having represented both individuals and organisations in challenges against unlawful decisions and injunctions that restrict the right of protest and freedom of speech.
Other breakout sessions at this year’s conference will cover judicial review, inquests and inquiries, crime, social welfare, and immigration and asylum.
The day-long conference will be enitrely hybrid, with virtual tickets allowing access to all sessions.
