Head of our Family team, Alison Leivesley, is set to speak at an online event connected to the recent launch of Mani Singh Basi’s book, ‘A Practical Guide to Exercising the Inherent Jurisdiction in Family Law Proceedings’.

The event will be taking place at 5.15pm (UK time) on Tuesday 20 February, and is jointly hosted by 4PB and the Child Abduction Lawyers Association.

Alison will be speaking alongside an number of other leading international children disputes specialists, with the event focused on the use of inherent jurisdiction in family law proceedings, particularly in the context of child abduction and public law matters.
