Amrit Rana, head of our private client team, has recently achieved full accreditation as a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers. This achievement recognises Amrit’s work in providing legal support for older and vulnerable clients, as well as their families and carers.

To achieve this accreditation, Amrit has demonstrated her extensive experience and understanding of the specific and often sensitive needs and considerations required when safeguarding and protecting clients’ interests.

Amrit advises on all private client services including in the areas of wills, powers of attorney and inheritance tax, as well as estate and trust administration, contentious estates and trusts and a broad range of Court of Protection matters.

The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (ALL) was founded in 1996 to make sure that when people are vulnerable they have access to a legal professional with the skills and experience to help.
