We are pleased to welcome Gabrielle Plews to the firm as Equity Partner and Head of our new Corporate and Commercial Law team.

Gabrielle brings considerable experience as a Corporate Lawyer, having acted for City-based clients on a full range of M&A, financing and restructuring transactions, as well as having worked at BT/EE Plc as a B2B and Networks Commercial Contracts Lawyer and most recently as General Counsel in the media and film industry.

The combination of Private Practice Lawyer and In-house Counsel roles over the last 20+ years underpins every aspect of the service and legal advice she provides to her clients.
