Karma Hickman, associate in our Immigration, Asylum and Nationality team, will be hosting an online MBL seminar entitled ‘International Surrogacy and Immigration – An Introductory Guide’ on Thursday 9 May.

The online interactive session will be focusing on immigration considerations relating to international surrogacy.

The seminar’s goal is to equip family law practitioners with the information needed to advise prospective parents on the best way to bring a surrogate-born child back to the UK whilst avoiding any legal obstacles. It will also cover key legislation and guidance for delegates so they can understand how to navigate procedural processes.
