We are pleased to welcome Nancy Collins to the firm this week as a partner in our leading Public Law and Human Rights team.
Nancy brings considerable experience of acting for vulnerable individuals in a wide range of public law challenges, complex civil litigation, group actions and public inquiries. She has acted in claims against the Ministry of Justice, local authorities and private bodies exercising public duties. Nancy also represents bereaved families at inquests into the deaths of loved ones detained by or under the care of the state. Other areas of law that she advises on include third party interventions in judicial reviews and environmental law matters.
