Bindmans LLP hosted a free one hour webinar to provide an overview of immigration and nationality issues relevant in particular to children in care and care leavers. The webinar is aimed at social workers, local authority lawyers and family lawyers specialising in care cases.
The webinar was chaired by Jen Parker and speakers will include Abigail Evans and Emma Cohen, all from Bindmans Immigration Law Team. The topics covered included:
