Comfort is a solicitor at Sutton-Mattocks. She is a property law specialist with over 10 years’ experience acting for investors, developers, companies and individuals.
Comfort is experienced in a broad range of commercial property work including; acquisitions and disposals, refinancing, making formal applications for the renewal of leases, acting for both landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating leases.
She also acts for residential clients advising on; all types of sales, purchases and refinancing, formal and informal lease extensions and collective enfranchisement, rectification of title (such as applications for adverse possession), and drafting deeds of variation.
Comfort provides a pragmatic yet personable approach to each matter and thus has developed longstanding relationships with both clients and other professionals in the surrounding area.
Comfort is based in the Chiswick office and joined Bindmans following the acquisition of Sutton-Mattocks in December 2023.
