Holly is a Solicitor in the Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Professional Negligence Department
Holly assists partners in a range of complex, high value, personal injury and clinical negligence claims.
She supports clients who have suffered life-changing injuries, including brain injuries, amputations, spinal injuries, and many other catastrophic injuries. Holly works closely with Partners to secure interim payments, enabling clients to access essential rehabilitation whilst litigation is ongoing. Holly has also assisted in a number of fatal accident claims.
Holly is committed to providing compassionate client care, guiding individuals and families through complex legal processes with sensitivity and expertise.
In addition to clinical negligence and personal injury cases, she also assists with professional negligence claims, including those against solicitors, surveyors and accountants, and strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for those affected by substandard professional advice.
Holly also has experience of working on Court of Protection matters, and regularly assists Deputies acting for vulnerable clients, who do not have capacity to manage their property or financial affairs as a result of their injuries.
Education and career
Holly attended the University of Birmingham where she obtained a First Class Degree in her undergraduate law degree. After being offered a scholarship to continue her studies at the University of Birmingham, Holly went on to obtain a Distinction in her masters in law.
Holly joined Bindmans in March 2022 as a paralegal. In March 2024 she became a Trainee Solicitor, before qualifying as a Solicitor at Bindmans in March 2025.
