Holly is a trainee solicitor in our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team.
Holly is a trainee solicitor in the Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Professional Negligence Department at Bindmans. She assists partners in a range of complex, high value, personal injury, clinical negligence and professional negligence claims.
Holly also has experience in Court of Protection matters, and regularly assists Deputies acting for vulnerable clients, who do not have capacity to manage their property or financial affairs as a result of their injuries.
Education and career
Holly attended the University of Birmingham where she obtained a First Class Degree in her undergraduate law degree. After being offered a scholarship to continue her studies at the University of Birmingham, she went on to obtain a Distinction in her masters in law.
