Sandy joined Bindmans following the acquisition of Sutton-Mattocks in December 2023.
She is an experienced conveyancer having joined Sutton-Mattocks in 2014. She is a member of the Society of Licensed Conveyancers as well as a Commissioner for Oaths.
As a fully qualified, specialist property lawyer of both freehold and leasehold properties, Sandy has a wealth of experience in all types of property law, including; transfer of equity, lease extensions, equity release plans and remortgages.
Sandy provides a high-quality service and works constructively in every transaction with all parties to ensure a timely completion. Sandy believes in providing an open and friendly service and fully understands that sometimes property transactions can be extremely stressful. She therefore proactively communicates with her clients and all involved in the transaction to achieve exchange of contracts and completion in the shortest possible time.
